Happy birthday, love!
It's so absurd that the last birthday that I was there in person to celebrate with you was probably 7 or 8 years ago. Nothing makes me realise how fast time has gone by more than thinking of you and of us back when we were kids.
You dont know this, and I never got to thank you for it, but attending your engagement and hanging with you for just a couple of days brought back such a spark in me. It was like just being in your presence gave life to a fun piece of me that I thought I had lost forever. I have always noticed that about you with people. You just make everything so effortlessly lighthearted. I have very little idea of your day to day struggles or even life issues that youre dealing with currently but, I sure hope that even at our big age now, you within yourself also get to be as lighthearted, free spirited and as whimsical as you make me feel around you.
Back at school, when I used to be nervous about a test or felt unprepared, just seeing you being confident or calling it a "chappa matter" used to make me feel like - yeah I guess its handlable afterall. Just like that even now, no matter what I'm going through, when I randomly see you living on your own terms, being successful, building yourself up and chasing happiness, I get a sense of "life is going to be alright afterall". Basically, seeing you win always feels like a bit of a personal win.
So on this "auspiciois occassion," I just want to remind you to keep winning, keep choosing yourself, and keep spreading that wholesome Riddhi charm wherever you possibly can! If for some reason you feel like that's not happening and you're getting your ass beat by the universe, you can always vent it out to me. I might reply a few days (weeks) later, but I am always ready to remind you of all these good things about you and boost your ego if you ever need that.
